BCIT provides mobility devices to staff who are assigned one for business purposes. Devices are primarily assigned to managers, supervisors, or individuals on-call and/or performing field work.

Device holders must contact their department’s Mobility Coordinator for new devices, plan changes, device re-assignments, missing or damaged devices. For general support and assistance connecting your device to the BCIT WiFi, please contact the ITS Service Desk.

Mobility Coordinators can make requests through this catalogue to IT Services in support of departmental mobility device management. This includes mobility coordinator updates, device re-assignments, and billing issues.

Cost

Cost will be determined based on device and plan and must be approved by your department’s Mobility Coordinator.
