BCIT provides mobility devices to staff who are assigned one for business purposes. Devices are primarily assigned to managers, supervisors, or individuals on-call and/or performing field work.
Device holders must contact their department’s Mobility Coordinator for new devices, plan changes, device re-assignments, missing or damaged devices. For general support contact the VOX Mobile service desk (BCIT’s managed service provider). While IT Services does not provide general support for mobile devices, the ITS Service Desk can assist with connecting your device to BCIT WiFi.
Mobility Coordinators can make requests through this catalogue to IT Services in support of departmental mobility device management. This includes mobility coordinator updates, device re-assignments, and billing issues. For all other Mobility Coordinator support activities go to the VOX Mobile Encompass Portal.

Mobility coordinators can access the VOX Encompass Portal 24/7. VOX support staff are available during their core hours listed below.

Cost will be determined based on device and plan and must be approved by your department’s Mobility Coordinator.
