IT Services enables employees to print through a network of print queues onto one of their departmental printers or Multi-functional Devices (MFDs).

Most MFDs are supported by directly by Ricoh. You can find the printer name and service information posted on the Ricoh service sticker on the device.

Legacy Lexmark printers are supported by IT Services. IT Services will troubleshoot these printers and can assist departments with getting quotes for parts and repairs. Departments can determine if repairs are cost-effective or if they should be replaced with a new Ricoh device.
