This service supports WiFi access for events with multiple participants sharing a single account and password on the BCIT network.

The event organizer (must be a BCIT employee) may request a single account and password for a single, time-bound event with many external participants. The event organizer is the sponsor for this account and responsible for ensuring authorized usage.

Due to the nature of this type of setup, requests must be made with a minimum of 5 business days lead-time.


  • Quick access to BCIT_Guest WiFi for event participants without the need to create individual accounts
  • Event WiFi accounts provide internet access only
  • You can request to have the name of the account align with the name of the event

Getting started

Are you the sponsor of an event at BCIT? Request WiFi access for an event at least 5 business days before your event begins.


There are no additional costs associated with this service.
