Assistance with Cognos reporting is available during our business core hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
This service may be unavailable during select scheduled maintenance windows.

Getting started
New to Cognos? If you do not have an account you will need to request access. Once you have an account, the power-users in your department can be leveraged for training.
To login:
- In a web browser go to reports.bcit.ca (offsite access will require Remote Access: myVPN).
- Log in using your usual credentials.

There are no additional costs associated with this service.
