Student Information and Enrolment Services
The Student Information and Enrolment Services team is your first point of contact with BCIT. Customer Service Representatives can assist with:
- general information
- document drop off and pick up
- part-time studies registration
- payments for most fees
- Program Advising appointment booking
If you have submitted an application, your Admissions Officer will be your contact throughout the application process.

You will be assigned an Admissions Officer once your application has been processed. Feel free to contact your Admissions Officer regarding the status of your application at any time. You can find their contact information in your myBCIT account via your letters in myCommunication.
