Incomplete Application

If you have submitted your application and are missing one or more requirements, your application status will be updated to “incomplete” and you will receive myCommunication correspondence stating that you must provide proof of meeting the missing requirement(s).

Missing requirement deadlines

The deadline to submit proof of meeting the missing requirement(s) will be provided within the correspondence you receive to myCommunication.

Risks of having missing requirements

It is in your interest to submit a complete application, or update your application as quickly as possible. Please note:

• During the time your status is “incomplete”, a seat will not be held for you, and you will not be placed on the waitlist.
• There is no guarantee that a seat will be available once you submit proof of meeting the missing requirement(s).

Application closure

Your application will be closed if:

• You cannot provide the required proof by the deadline.
• The program becomes full and closed before you submit proof of meeting the missing requirement(s).

If your application is closed, we encourage you to complete the necessary upgrading course(s) and re-apply once you meet all of the program’s entrance requirements.
