When to expect a decision
BCIT uses two different application processing timelines: first-qualified first-accepted, and competitive. To find out which process is used find your program and review the program entry details. For most first-qualified first-accepted programs, you will receive a decision within 4 weeks of submitting your application. For most competitive programs, you will receive a decision several weeks after the application deadline date.
You can check your application status at any time during the application process by logging in to your myBCIT account and clicking on “Check Application Status or Upload More Documents” under Online Self Service.
