ITS Service Desk Walk-in/Counter Support

In light of the December 30th BCIT Winter Term 2022 Update and due to staffing constraints, the hours of walk-in/counter support at the Burnaby ITS Service Desk (SE12-205) are:

  • January 13-14, 2022 – 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • January 17-28, 2022 (Monday to Friday) – 8:00-11:30am and 12:30-4:00pm

Live phone and chat support hours have not changed.
