Technology Service Desk

The Technology Service Desk is a collaboration of several support teams within BCIT. Through the Technology Service Desk, you can access support for:

Information to have ready

  • Your BCIT ID number (e.g. A01234567).
  • If you are using a BCIT-issued computer, the BCIT asset number (look for the BCIT sticker with a barcode).
  • If possible, be at the location of the affected computer when you contact us.
  • Be prepared to describe the problem clearly. What are you trying to accomplish? What exactly is happening (or not happening)? If your computer is displaying an error message, record the exact text of the message.

2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (instructor hotline only)

May (last two weeks of May) to end of June
