Funding

The Applied Research Liaison Office (ARLO) monitors research funding opportunities for BCIT individuals conducting research:

• The funding calendar lists upcoming deadlines for external funding programs, with links to the programs.
• The Applied Research blog has updates on new funding opportunities and news from funding agencies.
• There is a database (sources) of major research sponsors and organizations and the programs they fund.

ARLO also regularly publicizes information about research funding opportunities via email to internal research committees and individual researchers.

BCIT Institute Research Funds
BCIT Institute Research Funds allow BCIT employees to pursue research initiatives for which they are unable to obtain funding from other sources or allow researchers to leverage institute funds to obtain research funding from external agencies and partners that they would otherwise be unable to access.
