Major update

Major AMAG System Upgrade March 11 to March 13, 2026

Bosch Building Technologies, AMAG & SSEM will be performing a major system upgrade from March 11, 2026, to March 13, 2026.

During this time new/replacement ID cards will not be available. Submitting access requests through Service BCIT will be available, but expect longer than usual delays. Card readers should continue to function in all areas they are currently used. During the access control system upgrade, service tickets may be submitted for door hardware issues (e.g. if you tap your card and the door doesn’t open).  CCTV tickets may continue as normal, as these servers are not impacted.

We appreciate your patience as SSEM integrates the latest technology to keep BCIT and our community safe.

Alerts & updates

SSEM migrated the Security Systems ticket portal from Cherwell to the new Service BCIT on March 4th at 9:00 am.
