Services we offer
We provide exam marking (e.g. multiple choice quizzes, tests, midterms, finals) to instructors. The turnaround time is 2 business days, except for final exam week May and December, when it is 1 business day. During this time, final exams are processed on a first come first serve basis.

Reporting on instructional assessment questionnaires (student feedback)
Our office processes student and client feedback questionnaires for instructors and employees who provide service directly to students or clients. We provide reports based on the assessment information submitted. Examples of surveys include:
- Student surveys on technology, vocational, and apprenticeship courses
- Client surveys of other services, such as workshops or consultation
