Computing programs

If you have a limited background in computing, and are interested in a program that ladders into the cybersecurity field, you can start with one of these BCIT Computing programs listed below:

• Computer Information Technology (CIT) Diploma
• Computer Systems Technology (CST) Diploma

Once you’ve earned a diploma, you may wish to ladder into a bachelor’s degree program with a specialization relating to security:

• Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science, Network Security Applications Development Option (full-time or part-time) – ladders from CST Diploma (CIT with bridging courses)
• Bachelor of Technology in Forensic Investigation: Digital Forensics & Cybersecurity – ladders from CIT Diploma
