Information Technology Services (ITS)

ITS can assist you with questions about computers, printers, myBCIT, email, password resets, and supported applications.

Education Technology Services (ETS)

Learning Hub questions? ETS can offer you the support you need.

Email us at and include your BCIT ID number, full name, and detailed information on the issue.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Audio Visual Services (AV)

Do you need equipment for your presentation? We have projectors, laptops, presentation remotes, etc. We also provide setup, technical support, and trouble shooting. AV Services provides circulated and installed audio visual equipment on all BCIT campuses.
