Student Information and Enrolment Services

The Student Information and Enrolment Services team is your first point of contact with BCIT. Customer Service Representatives can assist with:

  • general information
  • document drop off and pick up
  • part-time studies registration
  • payments for most fees

Burnaby Office Closure

The Burnaby Campus Student Information and Enrolment Services office will be closed during the following times:

  • Wednesday, September 25th, 2019, from 8:00 am to 1:45 pm
  • Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019, from 8:00 am to 10:30 am
  • Wednesday, November 6th, 2019, from 8:00 am to 10:30 am

Already submitted an application and want to know if we’ve received your application?

Check your myBCIT for your application letter via myCommunication.

You will be assigned an Admissions Officer once your application has been processed. Feel free to contact your Admissions Officer regarding the status of your application at any time. You can find their contact information in your myBCIT account via your letters in myCommunication.
