You have an option to apply to join the co-op program, which is a competitive process. Information on the application process to co-op will be provided during the first of your program.

The Electrical and Computer Engineering program provides a combination of theoretical and practical courses in electrical, electronic, and computer engineering. This is a full-time, two-year course of studies. Upon successful completion of the first year, students select one of four options to complete the diploma requirements.

Program schedule

Students are available three times a year in the Electrical and Computing Engineering Technology program. They can start a co-op position in January, May or September and are available for four, eight or 12 months.

Employers may submit job postings year round. However, the co-op office normally solicits job descriptions in October for the January placement period and in January for the summer placement period.
