Enactus BCIT

Enactus BCIT empowers students from all programs and backgrounds to turn ideas and passions into real-world impact. Through hands-on projects, members apply classroom knowledge to address community challenges through entrepreneurship and social innovation. Students develop leadership, collaboration, and entrepreneurial skills while building meaningful industry connections. BCIT Rapid Media & Broadcasting Club

The BCIT Rapid Media & Broadcasting Club connects students with hands-on experience, creative opportunities, and valuable industry connections. Members collaborate on professional projects, productions, film festivals, workshops, and events while building their communication and teamwork skills. The club brings together students from BCIT’s broadcast programs and welcomes students from across the institute. With support from senior members and industry professionals, students gain confidence in professional environments. BCIT Human Resources Association (BCIT HRA)

The BCIT Human Resources Association is a student organization that takes an interdisciplinary approach to the learning and connecting of BCIT students with industry. They strive to encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer through workshops, volunteer and networking opportunities. Their primary goal is to provide students with exposure to career-enhancing tools that will better equip them for their future in industry.

BCIT Marketing Association (BCITMA)

The BCIT Marketing Association (BCITMA) is BCIT’s largest student-led organization and a chapter of the American Marketing Association. The club provides students with opportunities to develop practical marketing skills through projects, events, and collaborative experiences. Members learn to become innovative problem-solvers while exploring ethical, purposeful, and inclusive approaches to marketing. BCITMA also connects students with the wider marketing community and industry professionals. Join BCITMA to build your skills, expand your network, and develop as a future marketing leader.

Business Information Technology Management (BITMAN)

The Business Information Technology Club was created to serve two functions. First to provide a place where first and second year students of the Business Information Technology (BITMAN) diploma program can meet and interact. Second the club is to act as a liaison between the IT industry and club members. All students in the BITMAN program are members. However, membership is not limited to this program. Students from all disciplines can join the BITMAN Club.

BCIT Marketing Association (BCIT MA)

The British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Marketing Association is the largest marketing-based organization on campus. Our objective is to bring all aspects of marketing to encourage the use of your creativity and innovation to our community. The BCITMA provides members with valuable industry experience desired by perspective employers. Members have exclusive access to networking events, workshops, and more!

Young Women in Business BCIT (YWiB BCIT)

We are a community for emerging leaders and young professionals who want to create their own success. We believe every woman and young professional stepping into the workforce or growing in their career should be well equipped with the proper set of tools and knowledge to reach their fullest personal and professional potential. We provide young professionals with events, programs and an engaged network of ambitious women, to help them become successful in their careers, take on new challenges and develop skills. We are one of 10 university and city-wide chapters across Canada! With each year we grow, we are proud to support even more young women to achieve success on their own terms.

BCIT JDC West

The BCIT JDC West prepares students for the fast-paced business world through competitions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Members tackle real-world business challenges while gaining valuable experience and exposure to industry professionals and corporate sponsors. The team has consistently achieved strong results in JDC West competitions since 2017. Students develop leadership, problem-solving, and professional skills while building a valuable network. Join the team and represent BCIT on one of Canada’s premier business competition platforms.

BCIT Real Estate Association (REA)

The BCIT Real Estate Association (REA) is a student run organization passionate about personal development, learning and real estate. Our goal is to facilitate a greater learning opportunity and experience for students through connecting with industry professionals. We strive to be the most professional and organized student club, as well as the leaders for connecting students with industry. The REA will achieve this through networking and guest speaker events, current market knowledge, and high levels of communication through our website and meetings.

GSCM Leadership Club

The GSCM Leadership Club is the central hub for students in BCIT’s Global Supply Chain Management program. The club builds a welcoming community while creating opportunities to connect with industry professionals, alumni, and corporate partners. Members gain practical insights and professional experiences that complement their classroom learning. The club also represents and promotes the GSCM program within the BCIT community and beyond. BCIT Accounting Association (BCITAA)

The BCIT Accounting Association (BCITAA) connects students with employers and professionals through networking events, information sessions, and career-focused activities. It provides a supportive community for students interested in accounting, finance, and the broader financial industry. Members can strengthen their skills, expand their professional networks, and gain practical insights beyond the classroom. The association also hosts a free tax clinic, giving students opportunities to engage with the community.
