  • Your education is our priority and we will continue to deliver the applied instruction, collaborative experience, and industry connections that you expect from BCIT.

Fast-track your career in Customer Relationship Marketing with this special package of courses. You may already have a degree or diploma in non-marketing areas and wish to gain academic credentials and job-related skills in this field.

The impact of technology on customer service, as on business, is huge. Technology has made it possible for interaction with customers to be individualized and reduced to one-on-one a mass basis. This has made becoming a global player possible for even the smallest business. It has also radically changed the dynamics of customer service, possibly even more than it has changed most other business disciplines.

Customer service is an international phenomenon. It moves across borders and around the world with the greatest of ease. In general it would seem that North America is particularly conscious of customer service, with Europe going through the awakening in this discipline which the Americans went through some years ago. The rest of the world is generally catching up.

About Part-time Studies

Take a single course, or work towards a credential — all at a pace that’s right for you.

Part-time courses are offered in a variety of scheduling formats, including at night or on weekends, flexible day time delivery, or you can opt for distance or online learning. If you meet the prerequisites and there’s space available, you can register for a course immediately. Courses are offered in each of three terms: Fall (September), Winter (January) and Spring/Summer (April).

To apply to a Part-time Studies program and earn your credential, you simply need to complete a Part-time Program Declaration Request. Applications are processed throughout the year.

Applicants to the BCIT School of Business are required to have completed 2 years of full-time study in high school or post-secondary program in English in an English speaking country. If you do not have English 12 and have not studied in an English-speaking country, you will need to demonstrate your skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
