International Letter Request

Review all of the information on our main International Letters of Verification page.
Check that you meet all of the eligibility requirements for the type of International Letters of Verification that you wish to request.
Double check that your contact details and personal information in myBCIT are all up-to-date.
Pay any outstanding fees on your BCIT student account (view your account balance at Fee assessment, payment and receipts in your myBCIT account).
Note that the $20 letter request fee is non-refundable. The letter fee can be paid through online banking following the normal method for tuition payments.
If you have more than one reason for your letter request, please list the additional reason(s) in the Additional notes field at the end of the form as well as any other extra information that you believe needs to be considered along with your request. Note that there is a limit of 150 characters for this purpose.
