BCIT offers a wide variety of programs all the way from English upgrading to master’s degrees. Academic programs are offered through two distinct program delivery models: Full-time cohort studies and Flexible Learning. Some programs are are offered through both, while others are only available through one specific program delivery model.

In Full-time cohort programs at BCIT:

Students are automatically registered into a block schedule of courses each term
You can earn a major credential such as a diploma or degree as quickly as possible with an intensive full-time course load
Immerse yourself in BCIT campus life by studying day classes throughout the week
Create lasting connections with fellow students in your set as you progress through the program together
Many full-time diploma and degree programs have a regularly scheduled summer break
Tuition fees are charged by term, and are cheaper per credit compared to Flexible Learning
Graduates from select programs may be eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP)
