 The BCIT Student Housing project provides affordable and sustainable housing for 469 BCIT students.

 Beedie Plaza Made possible by a $5 million donation from the Beedie Foundation and led by Ryan and Cindy Beedie, the plaza is the new landmark gateway to the BCIT Burnaby Campus. |
 Robert Bosa Carpentry Pavilion combines workshops, classrooms, and collaborative spaces where students and industry partners will learn side by side. The design team has incorporated Passive House strategies in the Robert Bosa Carpentry Pavilion building’s massing, glazing and insulation to ensure it meets leading edge sustainability certifications including, BC Step Code 4, and Passive House certification. The use of exposed mass timber will mean make the space a living laboratory for students |
