Overview
About the program
The Construction Management Diploma program will provide students with sufficient technical and general knowledge and skills to effectively perform project management responsibilities in the construction industry. At the same time, graduates of the program will be able to apply and continue their education through the Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management program, equipping them to perform at a higher level of construction project management.

Applications are accepted throughout the year with intake options available during the following periods:

Entrance requirements
Applicants must meet all entrance requirements and will be accepted on a first-qualified basis as long as space remains.
- English language proficiency: Category 2 – English Studies 12 (67%) or equivalent
Recommended for success
- Grade 10 mathematics or equivalent
International applicants
This program is available to international applicants.
Study permit: A valid BCIT study permit is required prior to starting the program.
