BCIT’s Accessibility Hub brings together information, resources, and supports to help identify, remove, and prevent barriers across our learning, working, and campus environments. Use this page to find accessibility supports, submit feedback, learn about BCIT’s Accessibility Plan, and explore practical resources for creating more accessible experiences.
BCIT’s accessibility work is guided by the Accessible British Columbia Act (ABCA) and a commitment to inclusion, adaptability, diversity, collaboration, self-determination, and universal design. We are committed to ongoing identification and removal of barriers preventing full and meaningful participation in all facets of our community.
Accessibility Steering Committee
BCIT’s Accessibility Steering Committee promotes the Institute’s compliance with each standard that is regulated under the Accessible British Columbia Act, develops and updates the institutional Accessibility Plan, and works across the institution to action on the recommendations and actions listed in the Accessibility Plan.
