Returnable Loans:

Monographs: 4 weeks

All loans are subject to recall

Renewals:

Up to 5 times unless a hold exists for the item

Non-returnable Copies:

Copies from print, e-journals, book chapters, unless licensing restriction applies

Copies delivered by email, or Article Exchange

Not for Loan:

Items in archives, equipment, maps, microfiche, DVDs, newspapers, periodicals, reference, reserves, software, special collections, standards, and material limited by license agreements

Oversize items at discretion of the library

Canada:

Consortia libraries as per agreements.

All other Canadian Libraries:

-Copies: $10.00 per request
-Loans: $25.00 per item

International:

-Copies: $10.00 per request IFM

-Loans: $35 – $50 IFM

Replacement charges:

Cost of item plus $20 processing charge
