Fees & Financial Aid :: Sponsorship
Sponsorship is when a company or agency has agreed to be invoiced for your tuition. Whether you’re studying part time or full time, sponsorship may be an option for you.
If you are in apprenticeship training, contact BCIT Apprentice Services for sponsorship information.
Note: The cost of books and supplies are not included in the sponsorship. Contact the BCIT Bookstore at 604-432-8379 or email bookstore@bcit.ca for information on how to order textbooks.

- The sponsoring company or agency will then receive an email confirming the status of your registration.
- Some courses require approval from the program area prior to registration. You’re responsible for obtaining this approval prior to submitting the sponsorship registration.

- BCIT will mail an invoice to the sponsoring company or agency. Payment can then be made by credit card, cheque or electronic funds transfer. BCIT’s payment terms for sponsorship invoices are net 15 days.
- If you withdraw from a course before the refund deadline or if a course is cancelled, the sponsoring company or agency will receive a refund cheque for any payment made on the invoice, in accordance with BCIT's PTS refund policy.
