Intro Pilates

This Intro Pilates MAT 1 class is a perfect introduction class for learning the basic fundamentals of traditional Pilates movements, styles and techniques. Learn breathing skills, spinal alignment, and how to activate deep core muscles to improve strength and posture. The class is also focused on hip, lower back, and glute activation to increase posture awareness. Balance out weaker muscle fibers with overly developed fibers in the back and abdominals in a gentle introductory approach to Pilates. Basic Pilates ring movements will also be introduced to your session.

    Unite your body and mind! Stretch and strengthen your body while focusing on balance, alignment, and correct anatomical movement.  Our intermediate class is a higher pace with more complex and advanced exercises.

  • Yin Yoga

    Regenerate your body, mind, and soul through deep stretches and complete relaxation. Poses are held for two to eight minutes that target and release stress.
