Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day. All of these classes are free for BCIT students/staff and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is only required if you will be attending virtually for classes offered online.
Monday- Cardio Plus
Are you ready to elevate your fitness game to a whole new level? Join our exhilarating Cardio Plus Fitness Class, where we combine heart-pounding cardio exercises with a diverse range of strength and flexibility training to create a comprehensive and invigorating workout experience. Your fitness adventure starts here!
Tuesday – Functional Strength
Come prepared to be challenged with new and dynamic movements that will build your strength, stability, and improve the way you move in your every day life.
Wednesday- Group Cycle
A quick 40 minute spin class to sculpt the legs and get your cardio in.
Thursday- Mixed Fit
Get ready to “MIX” it up with a non-stop heart pumping combination of hi-low fitness, dance and boxing moves, finishing up with abs and stretch.
Friday- Mobility Stretch (In-person/online)
Help improve posture and alleviate tight and over stressed muscles with this 40 minute stretch rehabilitation focused class.
Group Fitness Public Pass
Public Members can purchase a Group Fitness Public Pass to take part in our Group Fitness program. You can purchase this pass at the front desk in SE-16.

Glow Spin
Think night club but on a bike. A laser light cycle class with heavy beats and high tempo tracks. Dance your way up heavy hills and jam out thru vigorous valleys. Be prepared to sweat, dance and burn calories. (Moderate to Advanced level – 50 mins – on tempo)

Pilates Mat 1
Grab your Magic circle and experience the magic of Pilates. Challenge and build your core with a variety of small props for a full-body workout. This class combines the best from the traditional Mat repertoire along with some magical twists and creative challenges.

Flow Yoga
Inhale/exhale with reparative sun salutations while holding the more strength demanding poses in the fitness based yoga flow class. Designed to warm the body, lengthen the muscles while activating the core, balance and strength. Suitable for all levels of practice as no moves are advanced until the basics are mastered.

TRX Strength
TRX is a revolutionary workout method that uses a suspension training rig, body weight, and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. There will be the option to introduce light hand-weights into the workout.

Total Body Conditioning
A boot camp workout is an interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This session will work the heart and lungs and give almost every muscle in your body a workout. Sessions involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running, stretching, relays, and exercises with a partner. Expect to sweat during a boot camp session and make sure you push yourself – whatever your ability – to get the most out of the training.

Crosstrain Challenge

Boxing 2: Advanced
Advanced – Take your boxing to the next level! This class will reinforce the fundamentals learned in Boxing I by challenging students with more complex combinations and longer rounds with less rest in between. Bring your water bottle and get ready to sweat!

Zumba
This high energy dance fitness workout feels more like a party than a workout. Grooving to the beats of salsa, merengue, and other popular dance styles you will burn calories, strengthen your core and improve your flexibility and balance. This ‘exercise in disguise” workout will emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Bring a water bottle and your smile!
