Classes

Recreation Services offers a wide variety of courses designed to provide opportunities to learn a new skill or to increase and maintain your fitness level. These courses include dance, fitness, martial arts, and yoga & pilates. You can register for classes in-person or online. View refund policy.

Classes that do not meet the required minimum participant numbers will be canceled.

Flex Passes: you can mix and match all classes except Kung Fu, Mui Thai Kickboxing and Ladies who Lift. Purchase a flex pass at the Rec Front Desk. ($60 for ten classes, one year expiry date, no refunds.)

Free Trial Week is Sept 18-22. Sign up at the Rec Front Desk. Classes Run for 10 weeks. Group Fitness runs Sept 11 – Dec 15th. Classes falling on a statutory holiday will be extended.

Register for all classes by Friday, September 22. Space is limited.
