Recreation Services offers a wide variety of courses designed to provide opportunities to learn a new skill or to increase and maintain your fitness level. Fall courses include spin, boxing, yoga and more!
Free Trial Week will run from September 18th – 22nd, giving you a chance to try any of our premium classes for free! Registration for Free Trial Week will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration opens Tuesday September 6th.
Group Fitness Classes (GF) are free for all students and staff on a first-come, first-served basis.
BCIT staff are able to use their free HR-Sponsored fitness class pass to register for one of our premium classes. You can use this by either calling the front desk 604-432-8612 or by sending an email to BCIT_recreation@bcit.ca. This offer runs September 18th – October 6th, and does not apply to either Boxing class.
