Recreation Services offers a wide variety of courses designed to provide opportunities to learn a new skill or to increase and maintain your fitness level. Fall courses include spin, yoga, stretch therapy and more!

You can register online for fitness classes today. Spots will be limited so make sure you sign up in advance for any classes you are interested in.

Group Fitness Classes (GF) are free for students and staff on a first-come, first-served basis.

BCIT staff are able to use their free HR-Sponsored fitness class pass to register for one of our premium classes. You can use this by either calling the front desk 604-432-8612 or by sending an email to BCIT_recreation@bcit.ca. This offer runs September 20 – October 7, 2022.
