Service Update

All premium fitness classes will not run during spring break/reading break March 9-13. Classes will resume March 16.

Free Group Fitness classes will continue to run uninterrupted during this time.

Fitness Classes

We offer a wide variety of courses designed to provide opportunities to learn a new skill or to increase and maintain your fitness level. Winter courses include pilates, boxing, yoga, dance and more! Classes start January 19th, beginning with free trial week. See our full schedule below!

Group Fitness Classes (GF highlighted in yellow) are free for all students and staff on a first-come, first-served basis. *NEW* Participants must register online for each Group Fitness Class they would like to attend. Registration is free, and lasts for the whole term.
