Fitness Classes
We offer a wide variety of courses designed to provide opportunities to learn a new skill or to increase and maintain your fitness level. Fall courses include pilates, boxing, yoga, dance and more! Classes start September 15th, beginning with free trial week. See our full schedule below!
Group Fitness Classes (GF highlighted in yellow) are free for all students and staff on a first-come, first-served basis. *NEW* Participants must register online for each Group Fitness Class they would like to attend. Registration is free, and lasts for the whole term.
