Service Update

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the beginning of Drop-in Bhangra has been postponed until Friday, April 5th. Thank you for your understanding!

Recreation Services offers a wide variety of courses designed to provide opportunities to learn a new skill or to increase and maintain your fitness level. Winter courses include spin, boxing, yoga and more!

Free Trial Week will run from January 15th – 19th, giving you a chance to try any of our premium classes for free! Registration for Free Trial Week will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up today!

Group Fitness Classes (GF highlighted in yellow) are free for all students and staff on a first-come, first-served basis.

BCIT staff are able to use their free HR-Sponsored fitness class pass to register for one of our premium classes. You can use this by either calling the front desk 604-432-8612 or by sending an email to BCIT_recreation@bcit.ca. This offer runs January 15th – February 2nd and does not apply to any of the blue classes.
