Employee excellence awards
The Employee Excellence Awards program recognizes and honours the contributions made by members of the BCIT community in achieving BCIT’s commitments to our students and to each other. Nominated employees are recognized at an annual celebration.
Years of service awards
The Years of Service program has been designed to recognize and honour employees celebrating service milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40+ years of service.
Long service awards
The Years of Service program has been designed to recognize and honour employees celebrating service milestones of 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40+ years of service. Eligible employees may choose to be recognized through a celebratory video in the spring of each year.
Retirement celebration
Each spring, BCIT honours employees who have retired from the Institute in the previous calendar year through a customized yearbook and a retirement gift.
