Recreation Services is hosting a series of Fitness Workshops this Fall term!
Each workshop is a special one-time program designed for people who are looking to try out an activity or space in a beginner-friendly, small-group session! All equipment is included. These sessions are for active BCIT students &/or staff on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is required and instructions on how to register can be found below.
All of these workshops are being held inside the Recreation Centre in SE16.

Bunny Yoga (Student Only)
Need a break from studying for finals? Come and enjoy a destressing (and fluffy) yoga session featuring bunnies!
This 40 minute class invites you to stretch and strengthen through movement, breathing, and mindfulness. Whether you’re flowing through simple poses or pausing to observe the bunnies, it’s the perfect way to unwind.
