Please note: BCIT does not accept cash payment for rent fees. The BCIT Housing Office can not process payments in-person or over the phone.
- Log into your financial institution’s website or online banking app.
- Select “Add A Bill” or “Add A Payee”
- Type in “BCIT” in the “Add a Payee” field and select “BCIT RENT PAYMENTS”.
If this option is not available at your financial institution, DO NOT USE “TUITION PAYMENT” to pay rent fees. Please contact the Housing Office.
- Use your 8-digit BCIT Student ID (A0XXXXXXX) as your account number.
If your BCIT Student ID number is not present the payment will not be processed; the funds will be returned to your financial institution.
- Make a payment by selecting “BCIT RENT PAYMENTS” and typing in the amount due.
Allow 3 business days for the payment to process. You can confirm if payment has been received on your myBCIT account.
Debit and Credit card payments may be made with Flywire. Please note that all students making a payment via Flywire will be charged a service fee in addition to their payment.
To make a payment for Student Housing fees, including confirmation fee, rent and parking:
- Go to Flywire and select the Rent Fee option and click on Make a Payment. This ensures the payment is applied to your student housing fees.
- Enter the amount to pay
- Choose your country, payment method, and enter your academic and student information.
- Before submitting, double‑check all details to ensure they are accurate.
- If you are paying tuition/commitment fees and rent fees, please make separate payments for each in the correct portal.
- Please do not pay more than the amount requested in your offer letter. If you make an overpayment, this portion will automatically be returned to you via Flywire.
