The Housing Office will notify you by email when your package or letter arrives and is ready for pick-up. Packages can typically be picked up in the parcel lockers on the first floor of Tall Timber. Letter mail and oversized parcels can be picked up at the Housing Office Front Desk in the lobby of Tall Timber.
