Long-Stay
For stays of 12 weeks or longer during the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
When to Apply
CURRENT RESIDENT |
You live in Student Housing, have a contract until May 24, 2026, and want to remain here until the 2026-2027 Academic Year. | February 11, 2026 |
RETURNING RESIDENT |
You are moving out of Student Housing before the Summer and want to return for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. | February 17, 2026 |
NEW RESIDENT |
You have never lived in Student Housing. | February 17, 2026 |
Short-Stay
For stays less than 12 weeks. Applications can be submitted up to 365 days before program start.
When to Apply
ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE RESIDENTS |
Apply anytime through the Housing Portal. |
IMPORTANT NOTE |
Apply for the quarter that matches your program start date—your end date doesn’t change the quarter.
For example: If your program starts March 30 and ends May 9, apply for Q1. |
QUARTER BREAKDOWN |
Q1: January 1 – March 31. Q2: April 1 – June 30. Q3: July 1 – September 30. Q4: October 1 – December 31. |
