Long-Stay
2024-2025 Academic Year
- Applications are open now and will remain open until May 25, 2024.
- Use this application to apply for Student Housing from January 1st, 2025 to May 25th, 2025.
- Students will be offered a room on a rolling basis as rooms become available.
2025-2026 Academic Year
- Applications will open by February 1st, 2025.
- Use this application to apply to live in Student Housing from August 1st, 2025 to May 24th, 2026.
- Returning students must apply by March 1st, 2025 to be considered during first round of offers.
- New students must apply by March 16th, 2025 to be considered for early bird offers.
- This application is rolling and will be open until May 24th, 2026.
Summer 2025
- Returning Students must apply by February 24th to secure a spot.
- New Residents applications are accepted on a rolling basis as space allows—apply early for the best chance at securing housing!
Short-Stay
Short-stay Apprentice applications are open up to 365 days in advance. You can log in to the Housing Portal at any time to apply.
Important Note:
If you have back-to-back programs, we can accommodate multiple applications. Apply for the quarter that matches your program’s start date. Your end date does not affect which quarter you apply for. Example: If your program starts March 30 and ends May 9, apply for Q1. If you have multiple program start dates in different quarters, submit separate applications for each.
Quarter Breakdown:
- Q1: January 1 – March 31
- Q2: April 1 – June 30
- Q3: July 1 – September 30
- Q4: October 1 – December 31
