Tall Timber
Providing affordable and sustainable living for 470 students, this 12-storey residence features studio and single units. The Tall Timber building was mindfully designed to offer privacy, foster community, and support learning.
Townhouses
The Townhouses offer affordable and community-focused living for 375 students. Each unit features two kitchens, a dining room, a cozy living space, and a shared laundry room, ensuring a comfortable and convenient student experience.
Housing eligibility
Students in full‑time, cohort‑based on‑campus programs, select blended and Flexible Learning programs, Trades Foundation, and short‑term trades and apprenticeship programs may qualify.
