It is important that you use this address and not the BCIT campus address.
All mail and packages sent to you should be addressed as follows:
Your Full Name
Your House, Suite, and Room Number
4200 Willingdon Avenue
Canada Post deliveries
All students living on campus will be assigned a mailbox for the duration of one’s stay. Letters and packages sent via Canada Post are delivered to the Housing Office for distribution to residents Monday through Friday. Mail is sorted by office staff and put into your mailbox during office hours.
Deliveries sent to you via courier services are received at the Housing Office during office hours. If the package fits in your mailbox it will be placed in there.
Courier packages that are too large to fit in your mailbox are held for pickup during office hours. You will be notified via email, and must provide photo ID when you sign for the package.
If there is a cost associated with the delivery of your courier please leave payment details with the Housing Office in advance. Couriers do not accept cash payments.
On occasion packages are delivered to the BCIT mailroom on-campus instead of the Housing Office. Residents are not permitted to pick up their packages from the BCIT mailroom. It may take a few extra days to arrive at our office even if you have a notification from the courier specifying that it was delivered.
BCIT Housing will be unable to accept any letters, parcels or packages from mail carriers that require age-verification (e.g. 19+ verification). To receive these packages you will need to make alternative arrangements for pick up from a postal outlet or parcel pick up outlet.
Additional service providers
You can order bed sheets and other dormitory supplies right to your bedroom from service providers such as Campus Linens Canada. Please visit the Campus Linens Canada website or the Campus Linens Facebook page for more information.
Full wired and wireless internet service is provided by BCIT at no extra charge in all bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms.
