Located on BCIT’s Burnaby campus, Student Housing offers welcoming, affordable accommodations for students, summer conference groups, and guests. With more than 800 beds across our brand-new Tall Timber Student Housing and our established Townhouses, we provide vibrant spaces for both short‑stay and long‑stay visits—designed to help you feel comfortable, connected, and ready for what brings you to BCIT.
Tall Timber
Tall Timber Student Housing provides affordable and sustainable living for 470 students. The 12-storey residence features studio and single units, designed to offer privacy while fostering community. Students enjoy shared common spaces, support areas, and an outdoor plaza.
Townhouses
The Townhouses offer affordable and community-focused living for 375 students. Seven low-rise buildings house four spacious suites each, with twelve single bedrooms per suite. Each unit features two kitchens, a dining room, a cozy living space, and a shared laundry room, ensuring a comfortable and convenient student experience.
