BCIT Student Housing is available to eligible students enrolled at BCIT, who have graduated from High School or are the age of majority in British Columbia. Please review the categories below to confirm whether your program of study qualifies.
Long-Stay Eligibility
Students in a full-time cohort-based program on-campus.
Students registered with BCIT Accessibility Services who have a Modified Study Plan.
Students enrolled in one of the Trades Foundation programs lasting 13 weeks to 10 months.
International Students enrolled in Flexible Learning courses for minimum of 9 credits per term.
International students in one-term or two-term Exchange, Double Degree, and Study Abroad (Free-Mover) programs.
Students enroled in a graduate, doctoral , or post-doctoral program.
Short-Stay Eligibility
Students enrolled in full time programs that have short periods of mandatory on-campus modules, such as the blended Cardiology Technology Diploma program.
