Get connected in Tall Timber

Internet in Tall Timber Student Housing is managed by Intello by Telus. Before check-in, you should receive and email from Intello with instructions for getting online.

Wireless internet is available in Tall Timber on floors 2 to 12. Wired internet is available for a direct connection in each bedroom.

Get connected in the Townhouses

Wireless internet in the Townhouses is provided by BCIT, and your login information will be your myBCIT account username and password.

If you have never logged into myBCIT before, your password is your birthday in the following format: YYMMMDD. Once you update your password, this will become your default network password for all online BCIT services.

Wired internet is available through the ethernet port in your room. If you need an ethernet cable, please visit the Student Housing Office in the Tall Timber lobby, and one will be available upon request.
