To report a non-emergency maintenance issue in student housing, including your room and all shared spaces, please contact the Student Housing Office immediately by phone at 604-432-8677 or email at housing@bcit.ca.
For emergency maintenance issues, such as flooding, call the RA on duty immediately at 604-341-7890. Please note, this number is for current resident use only.
