Apply to a Program :: Part-time Studies

To take many of the courses or programs offered through part-time studies, it’s not required that you apply and be accepted. In most cases, you can choose the courses you want, register, and then pay your fees.

If you plan to complete one of the many programs offered through part-time studies, you need to complete a Part-time Program Declaration form [PDF]. It’s a good idea to complete two or three courses before submitting your program declaration. For further advice, contact a part-time studies program advisor.

The following steps are general guidelines to help you through the program application process. You should refer to your program’s web page for more specific instructions to ensure your application is complete.

Many courses needed to complete a program have prerequisites that are listed in the course description. Before registering, it is your responsibility to ensure you have completed the course(s) or can provide proof that you have skills and knowledge equivalent to those listed.
