Communication strategies

A great idea or solution is lost if it cannot be effectively communicated. Listening and asking intelligent questions are skills that will improve communication and will also be beneficial at networking events. This workshop covers the different methods of communication, how to mitigate and identify barriers to communicate with others.

Conflict management and negotiations

An interactive workshop that shifts focus from conflict to problem solving resulting in effective practices to manage interpersonal and situational conflict. Learn the phases of the conflict resolution process and how to utilize tools to prevent future conflict.

Difficult conversations

Before a situation escalates to a conflict that stretches more resources than it should, learn to have the difficult conversations to defuse anger and increase communication to reduce stress. This interactive workshop will have participants put their knowledge into action.

Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

There is a different between hearing and listening. Knowing how to understand non-verbal communication and understanding another perspective will improve soft skills that will assist in networking, negotiation and constructive opinion sharing.
