The Cultural Exchange Program provides you with the opportunity to spend your school break working at Walt Disney World® Resort.
As part of this program, you’ll learn directly from some of the most talented entertainment and guest service professionals in the industry. You’ll also be immersed in different cultures from around the world, connect with industry experts and build lifelong relationships.
To participate in the Cultural Exchange Program, you must be:
- Have successfully completed a minimum of one academic term while maintaining full-time BCIT enrollment status at BCIT.
- Speak English fluently
- Be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Be receptive to Disney Look guidelines
- You must be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays and overtime
- Applicants must be currently enrolled full time and pursuing a degree at an accredited post-secondary, classroom based academic institution physically located outside the United States
- Have successfully completed at least one semester, or equivalent, of post-secondary academic study
- Attend a scheduled in-person presentation and interview with a Disney International Programs recruiter
