Student rights
- Obtain equitable access to learning at a post-secondary institution to which you have been accepted.
- Receive reasonable accommodations when an assessment of your functional limitations has determined they are necessary to address learning barriers resulting from your disability.
- The commitment to privacy and confidentiality concerning your disability. You only need to disclose information to those who need to know for the purpose of implementing your required supports(e.g., Accessibility Services).
- Be treated with dignity and respect.
