Course Overview
This course is designed to empower students to apply the leadership and project management skills gained from the first two Microcredentials in a real-world team or departmental context. Students will complete an individual capstone project to diagnose organizational challenges or opportunities using proven leadership frameworks, design targeted interventions and develop actionable plans. They will select a focus area for their project—such as strategic planning, team culture development, productivity enhancement, or conflict resolution —and create professional artifacts alongside a comprehensive project plan.
