Course Overview
This course equips students with essential project management skills to ensure successful project delivery and maximize benefits realization. Participants will explore the critical factors that influence project success and failure and learn how to apply proven tools and techniques to mitigate risks and manage change effectively. By the end of the course, participants will have the practical knowledge and tools to plan, execute, and close projects effectively, ensuring value delivery and organizational success.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Apply key project management tools such as a risk and interested/impacted parties analysis and a communication plan tailored to project objectives.
- Explain the relationship between project scope, time, and cost constraints, and how these influence planning and execution.
- Develop a project plan using concepts such as Gantt charts, and Critical Path to sequence activities and estimate durations.
- Explain the steps to close a project.
