Course Overview
Leading teams in today's dynamic workplace requires a diverse set of skills to unlock the potential of people and resources. Building on the personal leadership style and strengths developed in Leadership 1: Self as Leader, participants will learn to apply these skills in team settings. This course introduces practical tools such as Team Charters and techniques like constructive feedback to foster collaboration, build trust, and enhance team performance.
