Course Overview
Leadership begins with understanding yourself. This course focuses on developing self-awareness as the foundation for effective leadership. Participants will explore how perceptions, assumptions, and biases shape their leadership style and identify personal strengths and challenges. Through reflection and planning, participants will create actionable strategies to foster growth and realize their leadership potential in today's evolving workplace.
